How can I sign up for Personal Training?

You can sign up for Personal Training here! Please note you may be placed on a waitlist depending on availability.

What is included with Personal Training?

Your Personal Training membership includes:

  1. One 30-minute call with your coach per 30-day billing cycle.
  2. The opportunity to personalize your training plan with guidance from your coach.
  3. Access to your coach via an in-app chat during business hours.
  4. Lifestyle guidance for habits around sleep, recovery, nutrition, and more.

How do I get my training plan?

Once you have completed your Personal Training onboarding quiz (available only on the iOS app!), head to your Schedule tab to see the classes from your training plan on your obé schedule.

Will my coach be an obé instructor?

Not all coaches will be obé instructors. As our Personal Training program continues to grow and evolve, we may expand our coaching team.

Where can I schedule my intro call with my coach?

After completing the quiz and being matched with your coach, you will receive instructions to schedule your intro call through Calendly. 

What will be covered during my intro call?

You’ll get to know your coach (and they’ll get to know you!)—plus optimize your training plan, set your goals,  and outline support for accountability.  

What is the fee for Personal Training?

There is a recurring $75 monthly fee for Personal Training. The Personal Training fee will be charged in addition to your current obé membership fee.

Is Personal Training a separate membership? Can I cancel my regular obé membership?

To sign up for Personal Training, you will need an active obé membership. Personal Training is an add-on to your existing subscription.

How do I cancel Personal Training?

To cancel Personal Training, visit the Manage Subscription page and scroll down to the bottom. There, you’ll find a section dedicated to cancellation. If you encounter any difficulties, please don’t hesitate to contact our Member Experience team at vip@obefitness.com, or reach our contact center at 888-820-0856 for further assistance.

Will canceling Personal Training cancel my obé membership?

No, your standard obé membership will continue. When you cancel Personal Training, you’ll lose access to chat support from your coach 30 days after your last payment. However, you’ll still be able to access your personalized program under ‘My Schedule’ and chat with your coach until then.

Can I rejoin Personal Training once I’ve canceled?

You can rejoin Personal Training at any time by navigating to the sign up page. Please note that you may be placed on a waitlist depending on availability.
